I live in West Sussex with my husband, teenage son and Daisy, a Miniature Schnauzer.
Until fairly recently I was a charity shop manager and before that I worked for the Civil Service for 20 years.
I have had first-hand experience of ADHD and have been involved with the
Sussex ADHD Support Group for several years where I am currently the group Chairperson.
I have always been interested in psychology and in the workings of the brain and have used coaching for many years when working with colleagues and with volunteers. Becoming a specialist ADHD coach has given me the opportunity to combine these subjects into something that can make a real difference to the lives of other people. My other strong interest is in self-development and spirituality and how these can be brought into everyday life.
I run a group in Horsham called Horsham Heart and Mind, which puts on a series of talks on thought-provoking subjects.
