How Does Coaching Work In Practice?
The coach works with you to identify the areas you most need to work on & to set both short-term & long-term goals
A regular session will last one hour & these will usually take place on a weekly basis
Telephone support may be provided in between sessions if necessary
A partnership based on trust, honesty & respect
A willingness to embrace change
Responsibility for action, achievements & personal growth
